Unity VR tavern template
Build around the serving loop instead of debugging it from scratch
A reusable XR tavern foundation with bottle pouring, mug fill levels, drink and syrup orders, serving validation, coin rewards, perfect-pour tracking, a shift loop, and a physics dart minigame.
The interaction is only half the job. The hard part is connecting it to rules and feedback.
A bottle can tilt and emit liquid without becoming a game. The loop starts to work when the mug tracks state, the order knows what it expects, the server checks the result, and the player gets a clear consequence.
This template packages that full chain so you can change the art, drinks, rules, and reward balance without rebuilding the foundation.
Pour state
Track what is in the mug, not just what the bottle is doing
That separation makes the system easier to reason about. The bottle produces a change. The mug owns the current result. The serving station decides if that result matches the order.
The serving loop tracks drink type, fill amount, and modifier state before a result is accepted.
Order validation
Make the wrong result useful feedback
Failure states are part of the design. They tell the player which variable mattered and make the next attempt understandable instead of arbitrary.
Wrong drink, too little, too full, and successful pours can all produce different responses.
